"Impressive communication between all staff and hospitals"

I have been in this ward for about 10 days and I am so impressed with the care provided. The staff work together as a team and would go above and beyond to meet their patient’s needs. As a long term patient I find the meal choice repetitive. I do wish there was a gravy option on the menu as the meals can be dry at times.

The domestics clean to a very high standard and are friendly. I have attended the Royal whilst being in this ward and both hospitals have been working together so everything runs smoothly, the communication between both hospitals has been superb. The T.V in the bay is very small and there is not enough remote controls in the ward so each bay is borrowing the remote but don’t bring it back.
