"Outstanding Practice"

I have been a patient at Friarsgate Practice for many years.

I have always appreciated the excellent patient care that I have received at Both Friarsgate and Badger Farm.

The Doctors, Nurses, PAs, Care Navigators and back office are part of an outstanding team.

I have always found my doctor and colleagues to be kind, caring and diligent.

I have a number of serious health issues, and at all times I feel that I am reviewing the highest quality of care.

As and when required , I am referred to my local hospital for further diagnosis, scans, treatment etc.

In addition I find the practice nurses to deliver to a high standard.

The reception team"Care Navigators" are so helpful, of a friendly disposition, they make every effort to try and resolve any appointment issues , or queries regarding prescriptions, bookings, details of other services etc.

The practice Doctors and Management always think outside the box , providing other specialist options for example supporting local Park Run, Exercise Classes at local leisure centre, Walking Groups , orthopedic staff.

I always feel so fortunate to have an outstanding group of individuals supporting my health, both physical as well as mental.

Considering the serious demands that have faced the health service over the last two or more year period , in particular relating to COVID, staffing , funding etc, I think the Friarsgate Practice/Badger Farm has been nothing less than outstanding , many thanks from a very appreciative and happy patient
