Quickly realised that there not acting as a walking in centre waited 35min an then had to wait 4hra for call back I then went down to be told nothing wrong with my hand which had swelled up due to a sting was told it was nothing an to use tennis ball to exercise my hand I then had call back from 111 who made me appointment at my surgery following morning which I then sent a picture to the the doctor who then sent antibiotics to my chemist after I was told there nothing wrong will not be using this service again!!!
