My appointment for a flu jab was easy to make online and all the staff at the practice were very efficient, cooperative and courteous when I went there. A little earlier I rang the practice about getting a blood test and they were very helpful in explaining why this was difficult then - because of phial shortages - and what I should do to rearrange this.
