About: Adult Mental Health Services - Community (County) / Rushcliffe Local Mental Health Team (LMHT)

I can’t believe how let down I feel with this service. No one seems to care that I have been without any help as the therapist has been off sick for months and when I have been at my lowest ebb . I get promised all sorts and get nothing whilst waiting. I’ve complained and asked to speak to the team leaders and they say they’ll send a message - never get any response .

I can honestly say I have never felt so let down and made to feel that their patients don’t matter . There’s no support at all.

It’s not acceptable.

I’m sorry to hear of your experience with Rushcliffe LMHT, it’s certainly not our intention to make somebody feel like they’re left to fend for themselves whilst under our care.
