"Very worrying"

About: Knights Hill Surgery Suite 1

In August, I attended the surgery and did some blood tests. I received a text asking me to make an appointment to get my results. I have now given up trying as all my attempts have failed. No one answered the telephone. I tried for an entire week. I emailed numerous times and got no response. I even replied to the text and still no response. I'm Type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure so I am getting worried and concerned now. I sent an email for repeat prescriptions well in advance as I don't want my meds to run out and I'm stuck at home panicking. I find this really unusual for a surgery not to get back to their patients. I think I may need to show up to the Surgery even though they have asked that we do not do this without an appointment, but I have no choice, sadly.
