"Bad service"

About: Jenner House Surgery

The question on this review asked when I visited, but I haven't, because it is impossible to get an appointment. I've been in need of an urgent check up, you get left on hold for so long, to the be told there are no appointments or an automated service advising that the surgery are only accepting critical cases and to try another day. I was then asked to use the E-Consult service, to which I did and was told I would receive a call/email back the following day. It has now been 5 days and I have heard nothing. I now have the struggle of trying to get an out of hours GP appointment elsewhere. We are told to visit our GP surgery to help take the strain off of 111 services and A&E departments, but how can we do that when it is so difficult to get an appointment!! Very very disappointed and will no longer be using this surgery.
