The out of hours call back service was quick and efficient. Within an hour if contacting 111 I had been phoned back, completed a phone consultation and the helpful nurse had identified a pharmacy nearby, that was still open, to send a prescription too.
This meant I began a course of antibiotics quickly and the next morning my symptoms have begun to reduce.
I have always had quick, kind and efficient help from this practice despite the financial, staffing, political and pandemic pressures they are working under.
