I have been trying to call the surgery all week,The phone is constantly engangegd

I can't walk up the stairs, without so much pain ,

Today 15th I decided i have to visit the surgery and book the appointment even if its for future dates.the receptionist was very rude ,unprofessional and no interest whatsoever with anything I had to say not even remotely interested to ask why do I need the appointment.

Given the rate we are already depressed by covid ,that manner the receptionist spoke to me left me very depressed .

It's okay if there is no appointment, but no need to be so rude.

I pay my taxes, i work very hard and don't deserve such humiliation from my surgery

That receptionist should not be dealing with vulnerable people at the desk.

There are other issues that I can't write here and I know I need to see someone .

We are very sorry to learn that you are experiencing such difficulties. We understand how frustrating this must be for all patients and we are currently making a number of changes to the telephone system and appointment booking. With regard to the rudeness of staff, I will deal with this directly. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
