After a change in bowel habit I was contacted within 2 days after sending an email, was referred for blood test and onwards investigations very promptly. Within 2 months I had attended hospital for further investigation.
In April 2020 I developed a worrying lump in my neck. Regardless of the lockdowns I was able to get online consultation, blood test arranged and referred to hospital within 8 days. Surgery was required which took place in September 2020
In both cases the treatment I received via the surgery was outstanding
