trying to get through to the surgery is a nightmare, kept hanging on phone for 40 mins+
when do get through for test updates they never have them and doctor suggests i phone up department i had test with to see where results was, 9 times out of 10 results had been sent but receptionists couldnt find them.
unless things change soon im swappong surgery
