(as the patient),

I would like to express my deepest gratitude & heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Emergency Department & at Ward 3 Surgical at SWAH for my recent visit treating appendicitis. Visibly stretched, the staff remained true to their values of exceptional care, professionalism & in a friendly humour. It made a personal nervy experience more tolerable. I thank you all.
