" Audiology and Hearing aid fitting"

After many months of Tinnitus and sudden hearing loss deterioration, the ENT team here looked after me.

Yesterday, following CT, MRI , hearing and other tests, I arrived to have new hearing aids fitted.

I was overjoyed knowing that I am able to wear a hearing aid in my worst ear as well and could once again hear sounds.

The lovely technician spent time to ensure that the aids not only fitted well, but the sounds I was receiving was comfortable .

She then guided me to using my mobile phone App to be able to change the settings from Speech to T loop and also for music.

Thank you all at ENT for taking so much care of me on my long journey since November to yesterday.

At last, I am truly relaxed and so happy enjoying new hearing aids beyond any expectation.

You are all so amazing , especially through these challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic... you never let me down.
