Great service offered and I have been able to see my GP when needed throughout the pandemic eg. for postnatal checks, for my children’s immunisations and speak to a GP or ANP regarding childhood illness.

I’m writing now to thank you for instituting a call back service when trying to get through to reception. This was something that was becoming difficult when hearing ‘you are 18th in the queue’ and is definitely more time efficient as a patient. Thank you for instituting this as it’s clear that you are trying to improve patient access by doing this.
