"Disgraceful"

About: Deerness Park Medical Group

Tried for days to get an appointment no luck. Phoned at 8 am every morning only to be told no appointments, try again tomorrow,thats if anyone answers at all. Told to phone 111,gave up after 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold. I have been with this practice for 45 years and I have never known such bad service. I will not be bothering the doctors again, total waste of time!

Thank you for your comment, may I say how sorry the Practice are that you have felt to post the experience you seemed to have had. May I explain that the NHS is still managing the current Covid crises, this week the Practice staffing is reduced by 35% because of current isolation guidelines as well as a number of staff , both clinical and administrative, staff working in Covid centers delivering the vaccine program. With regards to 111 the practice is not in a position to comment with regard's to the current level of service, however I am sure its safe to say that all current NHS services are under extreme pressure. The Practice would have contacted you directly had you provided contact details to discuss any treatment you need, and book you in to an appropriate service, however we are nota currently aware of your details.
