"Exemplary customer care, empathy and professionalism"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as a service user),

Attended Forth Valley Hospital for surgery.  The three staff, David, Aileen and Nicole, showed exemplary customer care, empathy and professionalism in attended to my needs.

Communication regarding what was going to happen was excellent as was the blether we had to keep my mind off what was actually going on.

Despite what is happening across the NHS it is reassuring that life goes on and that we can rely on these professionals when we need them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. I am glad you enjoyed our distraction tactics, although I'd like to reassure you we are all concentrating at the same time:)
