"Good Practice Overall, Good Doctors and Helpful…"

GPs I have seen so far at this practice come accross as caring and attentive and with a lot of patience. On a couple of occasions they recommended that we investigated symptoms I reported although they were clearly not related to the main purpose of my consultation.

Staff members at the reception are polite. On one occasion a member of stuff went out their way to ensure I received the medication I required. On another occasion they showed compassion and took time to provide detailed information I needed, as well as reassurance.

Appointments are not easy to get, but it is a very busy practice in London, so it is undestandable. However, the online system that they have introduced during covid, in my opinion, has proven very effective and in reality I am able to communicate with and receive advice from my GP within 24 hrs (last time I contacted the practice filling the online form I received a phone call from my GP within half an hour).
