"Great practise"

I am lucky and have rarely needed to visit a Doctor so it is only recently I had cause to visit Caistor Health Centre. One month down the line, since my first appointment I have nothing but good words and grateful thanks to pass on to all the staff I have met in that time, Doctors, Nurses Reception and admin.

The phone system is easy to use, clear simple instructions and worked as the voice said it would. One sometimes has to wait a while to be able to speak to somebody but that is to be expected with so many patients for all practises. When I got through and explained my problem I was always telephoned back by a Doctor or Nurse when promised. Both Doctors I met took extreme care when talking to me and were very helpful in guiding me through my problem and medication and filling me with confidence that I was in experienced, capable and caring hands. . Follow up appointments with the Nurses were the same,

Friendly, efficient and understanding. All the staff at the centre have been pleasant and made my several visits as comfortable an experience as they could.

Many thanks to you all at this small country practise. It is good to know that the days of an understanding caring medical team are certainly still alive and well !
