"My husband's recent stay at the Ulster hospital"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Intensive Care Unit The Ulster Hospital / Ward 5A

(as a service user),

My husband was admitted to the Ulster Hospital in August

He was initially treated in ICU where he remained for a week.  My husband and I would like to thank all the nursing staff and doctors who give my husband such great and dedicated attention without which he might not be here today. The doctors in ICU kept me informed of his progress on a daily basis for which I was very grateful as I was unable to visit.

I would also like to thank all the staff on ward 5A where my husband stayed for a further 2 weeks.

This is such a great story to share with the team in ICU. I'm delighted to hear that you have had such a good experience there as it can be very difficult for family when their loved ones are in ICU. I will certainly make sure I pass on your lovely compliment to all the ICU team
