I’m saddened, frustrated and believe that this practices is not working. Their both numbers never got picked up. 99% chance is that the number shows busy and just don’t even ring. By physical visit, the nurses repeatedly give the same numbers to ring. When you explain that phone numbers are busy, they just ask you to keep trying. I’ve done this for 2 months never got through. Now give up.
