"Unreasonable rules"

About: Rotherham Hospital

Why get a patient up at six am make them sit in a chair for hours wont allow back on bed got wait for bed change and consultant visit because everything must be spick and span. Its a hospital for goodness sake having artheritus in the spine made to sit for hours in a chair causing pain and suffering just so the consultants see ward tidy. One visitor same visitor one hour...still..why ? visitor is already there it causes more depression loneliness to patient plus spouse is 93 got to make his way everyday for one hour when another member of family could give him a break plus ask questions to staff about any concerns regarding patient. Or is this why this rule is applied..easier for staff because it certainly isnt geared for the patients wellbeing. Have got an elderley patient now dying not eating throwing up for months because she dare not go in hospital rather die at home she felt abandoned lonely depressed put with patients totally paralysed no one to talk to and she had all her faculties.
