If you have an issue and want to complain you get fobbed off, if you ask to speak to the Practice Manager you get told that she is in a meeting and is not available. It was even suggested that if I was not happy with the surgery then to go to another one in the town. It seems to be run to suit themselves rather than the patients. There is no accountability at this Practice.
