"Abrupt, aloof and uncaring experience. "

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

Staff are very abrupt and very confrontational.

Told to wait in a very busy waiting room for three hours, even though I explained I had agoraphobia and asked if I could wait outside, got a very blunt no.

Tried waiting and couldn’t so had to leave, then made to feel the urgent treatment I needed was unnecessary.
