Timings were accurate as parking locally difficult. Great signage for direction. Brilliant staff on door, inside the hall and the 'Injector'. My mother in law (aged 94) and myself were warmly welcomed with no fuss. Her appointment was later but she was sorted as fast as I was and so she was happy (remarkable indeed ha ha).
