"Outstanding care"

What a team of professionals! What can I say to thank you all. Your care, professionalism, dedication, patience and understanding are immeasurable.

From the minute I arrived in the Sanderson Suite I was overwhelmed by the welcome and reassurance that was immediately given. The team perform like a well oiled machine, each playing a vital and important role.

My experience was certainly a very positive one. I was treated with kindness, compassion, dignity and complete respect. The whole team were reassuring, polite and in addition to your undoubted care, you all made me smile.

I attended the Sanderson Suite as a day patient for breast surgery and would like to show my gratitude for such outstanding care. To the surgical team, my wonderful surgeon and breast care nurse, for whom “thank you” will never be enough, the lovely anaesthetists and all the nursing staff who provided endless reassurance, made me smile and provided the best toast ever! Thank you to the cleaning staff for ensuring everyone’s safety by providing a spotless ward and not forgetting the receptionists who provided my worrying husband with coffee and biscuits! A sincere and heartfelt thank you, you are all appreciated more than you could ever realise. x
