"Amazing service on the phone"

I had such an amazing service on the phone with a nurse, Ashley. She was so positive, patient, encouraging and supportive when I was discussing a range of sensitive subjects. She went out of her way to arrange an appointment that worked with my busy schedule as a student. I came away feeling very informed and positive about my sexual health as a gay man!
