"Excellent staff"

My daughter recently attend ENT to have her throat checked. The staff were excellent, their manner when talking to each of us was courteous and friendly, and the approach taken when assessing my daughter helped her feel at ease and may even have inspired a young scientist! The doctor took time to ask questions and spoke to my daughter at her level when explaining how he would examine her throat. He talked during the procedure about what he was seeing, and my daughter and I both were interested and enjoyed seeing this for ourselves on the screen. The environment was relaxed and I appreciated the nurse checking that my daughter was doing ok during the examination and being supportive to us both. The doctor was very clear when explaining his assessment and of what would happen next, he invited questions and I left the appointment feeling reassured. Thank you very much to all the staff.
