"I hardly recognise myself"

I am open to Inclusion, I attend ACT once a week with 

Ricky MPFT and Emma. I cannot tell you how much my life has improved since attending these sessions, its amazing how they have helped me improve the quality of my life. My life is so good now that I hardly recognise myself, my job is fantastic, I am at university now as a mature student, I have repaired bonds with family members and most of all I am happy. The tools that they have taught me have been positive and life changing, a strength based approach - I shall be ever grateful for them both. They are fantastic enablers and I enjoy the session every week with likeminded peers struggling with the same addictions  - it is truly amazing
