"Staff made sure we understood what was going on"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Neonatal Unit

(as a service user),

Baby born at 35 weeks, once he came in to NNU everything that was happening with him was explained to us and staff made sure we understood what was going on. Staff are kind and caring and took so much time to make sure my baby was well cared for as well as taking my feelings and emotions into consideration.
