(as a relative),

My mum  attended the day surgery unit at UHW for a gynaecology cancer operation.  She wanted me to express her thanks for the outstanding care she got from the moment she was met at the side door for her admission to when she said goodbye. Her nurse Elspeth was so lovely & nothing was a bother & made what was a nerve wracking day as easy as possible. All the staff, nurses & doctors were all so professional and made her feel at ease she couldn’t have asked for any better care.  All the appointments she has had leading up everyone has been so nice and helpful, pre assessment , outpatients & ward 13.  Thank you 😊

Thank you for for taking the time to post a response regarding the treatment your mother received during her gynaecology treatment and I hope that she is recovering well It is always nice for the staff to receive accolade for their endeavours and I will ensure they all made aware of your very positive comments on their patient care
