"Fantastic, caring and supportive"

My husband and I have been at The Shrubberies for 8 years and I can not begin to describe the difference being at this practice has made to our lives. We have had continuity of care from one of the GPs in particular who has supported us through everything from mental health issues to infertility treatment. She has listened, cared and helped us from the start so that we now have a happy and stable little family - something we weren't sure would ever happen. I will never be able to thank her enough for that. This GP is very popular so sometimes you have to book in advance to see her, but if we have ever needed an emergency appointment we have always been able to get in to see someone. This is a popular practice and the receptionists must have a really difficult job, particularly after everything that has happened in the last couple of years. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - even in the height of the pandemic. We have very recently moved out of the area and I am genuinely gutted to have to leave this surgery and our GP behind. But if it wasn't for their help in the last 8 years, my family might not even be in the position we are now to be moving on with our lives and looking to the future together as we are now.
