About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Pre Operative Assessment University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

After hand injury at work was taken  to Hairmyers hospital where i was quickly taken and treated very professionally by the staff.  An appointment was made for the next day for the surgeon at University Hospital Wishaw to carry out the repair at day surgery.  From the time I arrived to the time I left I was treated with the upmost care and respect from all the staff even on the operating table. I was allowed to listen to some music while the repair took place. All follow up appointments have been made and confirmed. A very model of efficiency and slick operation I can only commend,  many thanks

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience of the the care and treatment you received from staff at both University Hospitals, Hairmyres and Wishaw, following an accident at work.

I am delighted that your care and experience was so positive and that all appropriate follow up appointments have also been confirmed. All our staff work extremely hard to provide patients with the highest standard of care possible and I will ensure that your comments are passed on to the team.
