About: Broomfield Hospital

Second pregnancy has been very different to the first with more visits to Broomfield than before. It's a shame that the 'follow up' appointment I had for an extra growth scan took a total of two hours (most sitting out in the corridor) and made to feel like no one knew why I was there and also that I should know what this extra appointment was for and what would be said.

The main desk staff didn't seem like they really wanted to help either. And when I asked a question regarding appointments as advised by the doctor I saw it was like getting blood from a stone for an answer.

Nothing seems very clear which is making me very wary for the birth.
