Doctors are lovely and helpful, but unfortunately this practice is ruined by the unfriendliness and incompetence of some of the receptionist staff. There is one receptionist in particular who is rude abrupt and unhelpful. During the last 2 weeks of September she seemed to be the only one available on the desk and it has been such a bad experience that I am now looking to change GP practices.
