"A disgrace"

My other half was outside the surgery at 7.30 this morning along with other patients as he needed a sick note as he is suffering with his chest( only has 1.5 lungs) at 8am he was informed that he would have to ring up to see one??? He was stood outside the damn place! 221 phone call’s later no one had picked up! How the hell ids he supposed to get a appointment ? Northern General sent him to get a sick note but getting past the rude receptionist is like getting past the guards protecting royalty! Doctors surgeries are supposedly open and running as normal! Not HMP I’m afraid! It’s a disgrace and needs a complete overall … and we’re not the only ones who feel this way, the feelings outside this joke of a surgery were of the opinion that they don’t care one jot! Get your act together before someone writes to their mp!
