"Awful practice"

We have nothing good to say about nursing care during the day on ward 20. Night care was good off the HCA’s. We saw no doctors from Friday night, until Monday morning. When the doctors came to the bedside on Monday mrnng, after waiting for 60 hours by the bedside, we were told not to ask questions, and medical treatment was prescribed at last, after 60 hours of waiting. A dreadful experience, and a hospital to avoid if you can.
