"Really disappointing service"

I got referred to cmht after my second trip to itu after attempting to kill myself this year. I was offered one session with my care coordinator every two weeks where, although at first the sessions where regular and helpful I have been able to attend any sessions since July due to poor communication from my care coordinator as well any a complete lack of effort from them to fit around my work schedule (which is actually luckily quite flexible). My care coordinator ignore my messages for days even over a week and times and is never in the office when I call. This is all despite their encouragement for me to go back to work full time after my hospitalisation as well as their assurance that they would be able to fit me in. I’ve also been awaiting a psychological assessment for

The service for several months now but have heard absolutely nothing about it apart from one letter which I received telling me I had an appointment booked for the following day, which obviously I was unable to attend on such short notice as I had work the next day. I understand the staff must have incredibly busy schedules however if the service is unable to work a flexible working schedule for three months I have no idea how anyone working full time is able to have any mental health treatment at all. I was also discouraged my my care provider from taking any medication for my illness, which whole I would much prefer because of this I have been left with absolutely no treatment this entire time and therefore feel just as bad if not worse then I did when I was first referred to the service. I am at a complete loss of what to do now, knowing that I will not ever receive any help. I feel so terrible writing a public review like this but as I can’t even get in touch with anyone at the service to talk to about this I feel like all I am able to do is to warn others about it. If someone I knew had been through something similar to myself and was referred to this service I would be absolutely terrified for their health. The only nice thing I have to say about the service is that they offered my therapy that wasn’t cbt.
