About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as a service user),

What a fabulous, slick service the new TAU provides.

Libby welcomed me to the dept. Reg Rod & the medical student were great.

The radiologist was extremely efficient.

Melinda & the staff were very friendly & professional. 

Unfortunately they confirmed a fractured wrist & sorted out follow up. 

Excellent service at my doorstep. 

Anne Marie & Jackie should be very proud of their staff!

Thank you so much for taking time to post on the Care Opinion site. I am delighted to hear you had a very positive person centred experience in our new Trauma Assessment Unit at the RAH.

It has been a journey creating a new service to support all our patients in a timeous and professional way. Your post illustrates that the hard work of the team working in Orthopaedics and particularly in the new and developing TAU is professional and compassionate.

I wish you well on your recovery journey and hope your injury is not too painful

I will pass on your comments to the staff and I am positive they will be well received

Jackie and I are very positive about the care that is delivered within the TAU and our Orthopaedic department and thank you again for sharing
