"Very efficient service"

Visited St Helens Urology for an appointment as part of a fast track process. Felt that all the staff I came in contact with went the extra mile to put me at ease and we’re very thorough. I felt like all the staff listened and understood my symptoms. Arrangements made whilst I was that initial appointment for me to have bladder camera and further blood tests whilst there at the hospital, plus arranged CT for the next day. Very efficient. Procedures fully explained.
