When the GP practice moved online I wasn't quite sure how to book a phone appointment. The practice manager helped me through the process and the phone appointment was straightforward and helpful. I can see how phone GP appointments can be an effective service for a range of issues. My issue was only minor but I was very happy with the consultation, the advice and the result.
