"Fantastic friendly helpful staff"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Whilst I at to wait over all 8 hours 40 to be seen & treated .

The staff in major 4 unit ( think that what it called )

We’re absolutely fantastic, friendly & helpful.

Especially the nurse that was on duty midday on 2/10/2021 .

Booking patience’s in .

Taking blood pressure temperature etc .

Running around getting coffee , sandwiches etc for patience.

Whilst remaining bubbly & cheerful .
