"Wonderful staff and treatment"

I am 92 and fairly deaf but all staff I encountered at the Wycombe Day surgery unit were very caring and ensured that I understood every stage of the procedure I was to have and they explained clearly all of the expected side effects I should expect over the coming days.

They are going to contact me in 3 months to check that the pain block has work and if not they’d book a repeat procedure.

Everyone, from the chap cleaning we asked directions from as it was 745am and not many people around to all of the nurses, the theatre staff and consultant were exceedingly professional, kind and caring.

Triple A star rating and far better than I’ve been treated elsewhere privately.Thank you NHS
