About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Haematology ward – ward 5 Craigavon Area Hospital / Thorndale Unit Urology

(as a service user),

This is my first experience in the Thorndale unit but I have been seen promptly and everything about my care has been well explained.

A few months ago I was being seen by haematology and my experience wasn't as positive as the communication between the staff and myself wasn't great. There were appointments not kept and I was seen in April and I'm still awaiting any sort of follow up. I have had no issues with the Thorndale unit but I would suggest that there should be better communication from haematology.
