"Staff could be more attentive"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 1 South Medical

(as a service user),

I attended CAH due to my catheter leaking. The staff are lovely and friendly, however I just feel they could be more attentive to emptying Stoma bags as it is uncomfortable and I get anxious incase it bursts. I do understand there may be staff shortages as I use to volunteer in another hospital. Apart from that in my opinion the staff are nice and friendly.
