Why can't you get through on the telephone to the practice between 1.00pm - 2.00pm?
The closure pushes the telephone calls making it impossible to get through after 2.00pm.
Surely the staff could have a staggered lunchtime to enable the phones to remain open.
Staff training couldn't possibly be arranged everyday
"Closed 1.00pm - 2.00pm"
