my baby girl had a rash. Had been to hospital children’s A&E Monday evening only to wait 5 hours for them to see her and palm me of not knowing what the rash was. Had a telephone appointment at 10am today with the Doctor. I explained to him what had happened and that I’d like him to see her for a second opinion. He told me he would see her at 10:30am. I can not thank him enough for his great service of seeing my baby girl and putting my mind at ease and providing her with double based cream to soothe the prickly heat rash that the so called hospital were unable to diagnose

Dear Patient

Thank you for your lovely comments. We are always grateful for patient feedback. We have been working hard over the last few months to look at redesigning our current appointment system and our online e-consultation system to help alleviate some of pressure and manage demand safely and of course it makes us super happy when we hear such positive words "great service" from our patients. We appreciate the support and understanding from our patients and their feedback whilst we go on this change journey.

I would also like to take this opportunity to join our PPG group. All dates and meeting links are on our website. we always welcome patient feedback and these forums are best way to do it. There is no requirement of any registration you can just join with a meeting link.
