This morning I awoke with an extremely painful and swollen eye. I contacted 111 and was advised to attend Queen Mary’s Hospital Sidcup Urgent Care and Eye department. I went straight to the hospital and underwent several tests, scans and examinations.
All the Doctors, medical and reception staff I encountered from making the initial call to leaving the pharmacy were a credit to the NHS. They were helpful, friendly and informative throughout. Even though the unit was busy I was kept informed and dealt with professionally and expeditiously.
The hospital was exceptionally clean and well presented.
My overall experience today completely justifies my time spent to say “Thank you All.”
