"Gynaecology clinic & Day case"

I had to visit the Gynae clinic and was most impressed. The clinic was clean and extremely well organised re covid. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The nurses and the registrar I saw were all really kind and friendly, they put me at ease and treated me with dignity and respect. The registrar I saw was a lovely man and actually listened to me, he was very kind and very respectful making sure i retained my dignity during examination. The nurse was great and took the time to explain to me what would happen next.

I came into the day case unit yesterday for my procedure under GA and once again the care was faultless. From arriving I was made to feel welcome and put at ease. The nurses, doctors, anesthetist, theatre staff every single one of them was pleasant, kind and caring. I honestly can't praise them enough. Thank you to you all for looking after me.
