About: General practices in Forth Valley

(as a service user),

Phoned my GP surgery today at 8. 15. Was put to their triage service and was called back by Dr Collingwood within 10 mins. Did an assessment then asked me to come into the surgery. Appointment 2 hours later (offered earlier but I had to travel. Checked over by the lovely Dr Collingwood who did a range of tests. Very reassuring, excellent service. Fed up with all the GP bashing, I am confident people will always be seen face to face if they need to be.
