(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The Acute Care team provided my dad with a very high level of care.  The whole team communicated so well dad and reassured him that they would do their utmost best to treat him as best way possible.  The team put their patient and family at ease as soon as they enter your home.  Thank you for everything you have done.

Thank you for your kind feedback. Communication is a vital part of nursing and I am delighted that you experienced that during your time with the team. Avoiding admission to hospital is the aim for the team and I am glad we were able to treat your Dad at home. I will let the team know your positive experience.
